♨️ Industrion
With the current shift in re-industrialization and manufacturing development in the United States creating a great need and opportunity for work force across the spectrum of production, the launching of Industrion seems to have perfect timing.
Co-founders Zane Hengsperger, Brandon Schram, and Adam Gartenberg created Industrion in partnership with New American Industrial Alliance (NAIA). The trio’s goal is to provide a free service for potential employees with all levels of manufacturing work across sectors and company sizes.
Part of what gives Industrion an edge is that they plan to facilitate connections from both sides of the hiring process; helping both job seekers and employers. Industrion has a broad agenda including factory tours, social media outreach, technical training, and much more.
Upshot: "There are going to be 3 to 4 million jobs available by 2035, for a multitude of reasons, and we hope to help people with where to start and want to fill that gap.”
🤨Did You Know?
By 2033,
3.8 million
manufacturing jobs will likely be needed.
